State police at Fern Ridge
Area police investigated the following incidents:
• State police at Fern Ridge said Conrad McCarty, 52, of Kunkletown, entered the Tractor Supply Store in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township, at 7:06 p.m. Sept. 6 and attempted to remove $24 worth of merchandise without paying for the items.
• Carey Snyder, 42, of Saylorsburg, has been charged with a dog law violation.
State police at Fern Ridge said Snyder failed to have his dog on a leash. The incident occurred along Whippoorwill Drive in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, at 8:29 a.m. on Sept. 7.
