Strawberry festival planned in Gilbert

Salem UCC, Gilbert, is holding its strawberry festival from noon to 5 p.m. June 10.

Not only will there be the usual foods such as barbecue, salads and strawberry desserts, but also there will be a basket raffle and an old-fashioned cake walk.

John Hamby/Southern Comfort Band will provide the music.
