Student art exhibit in Tamaqua
The Tamaqua Community Art Center will host an artist meet and greet reception and art exhibit from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 3.
The exhibit will feature the works of students at Lehigh Carbon Community College. The first and second year students used different media to create their art, including painting and ceramics, under the instruction of professor Bobbie Hughes.
The event is free and open to the public.
The art center is located at 125 Pine St., Tamaqua.
