Student honored for T-shirt design
Krystyna Schroder received a framed copy of the T-shirt she designed for the Monroe County Suicide Prevention competition. Director of Pupil Services A.J. Kise made the presentation at the recent Pleasant Valley school board meeting. Schroder took third place in the Suicide Prevention T-shirt contest for Monroe County. The competition was sponsored by the Monroe County Suicide Prevention Coalition Education Sub-Committee. “I have struggled with anxiety and the hands reaching out express hope,” Schroder told the board.
