Suicide prevention

A neighborhood meeting on suicide prevention will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the Pleasant Valley Presbyterian Church, 150 Pilgrim Way, Brodheadsville, next to the West End Library. The snow date is Feb. 6.

The meeting will provide support as well as education on signs of suicidal thoughts, as well as information on where to get help. A resource table will be set up from 5 to 6:30 p.m. and the presentation begins at 6:30.
