Summit Hill vehicle stop leads to drug charges
A vehicle stop by Summit Hill police has led to the arrest of the driver on drug charges.
Police said at 1:19 a.m. on June 28 police stopped a Nissan Altima along East White Bear Drive for a cracked lens on the driver’s side taillight. The driver was identified as Brandon S. Scheller, 28, of Saylorsburg.
A consent search was made of the vehicle and police found a blue plastic baggie and a green plastic baggie containing a white crystal substance which test positive for methamphetamine. Police said Scheller admitted the drug items were his.
As a result he was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful activities.
