SUV hits rock wall in Rush Township
A woman escaped serious injuries Friday afternoon in a crash along Route 54 in Rush Township. The incident occurred just before 1 p.m. as she was driving west and lost control. Her Ford Escape entered the right berm striking a rock wall, ripping the right front wheel and axle from the vehicle. The car re-entered the roadway, coming to rest facing west in the eastbound lane.
