Tamaqua area man to be cited
A Tamaqua man will be cited for an incident that occurred on April 26.
Borough police were dispatched to West Rowe Street where EMS was assisting a fall victim Timothy Andrew Blihar, 45.
Police said that Blihar was highly intoxicated and that a non-traffic citation will be filed for public drunkenness.
Police noted a similar incident with Blihar occurred in March.
