Saturday’s gray skies and cooler temperatures didn’t deter dozens of people from participating in the Tamaqua Blue Raider Foundation’s Fifth Colors For Education Family 5k Run/Walk. The nonprofit organization will use proceeds from the event for scholarships and projects not covered in the school district’s budget.
