Six people failed to show up for preliminary hearings in the court of District Judge Stephen Bayer, of Tamaqua, on July 9.

• Thomas A. Mundie Jr., 36, of Minersville, failed to appear in court on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed by Coaldale police.

• Aaron Joseph Neff, 23, of Coaldale, failed to show up for court on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, stemming from a May 25 incident. Charges were filed by Coaldale police.

• Elizabeth Jean Ostrowski, 49, of Delano, failed to appear in court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. Charges were filed by Coaldale police.

• Kimberly A. Fahringer, 50, of Tamaqua, did not show up for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, assault, criminal mischief and resisting arrest. Charges stem from an incident that took place on April 6 and were filed by McAdoo police.

• Dennis L. Nedley Jr., 36, of Coaldale, failed to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection. Charged were filed by Coaldale police after the May 23 incident.

• Brian Scott Fritz, 42, of Forest City, Susquehanna County, failed to show up for court on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge stemming from a May 23 incident. Charges were filed by Tamaqua police.
