The following waived their preliminary hearings:

Forest M. Touchberry, 25, of Coaldale, waived his hearing on charges of possession of a controlled substance, stemming from an incident that occurred on April 6. Charges were filed by Coaldale police. He was released on his own recognizance.

Latee Taquan Crews, 45, of McAdoo, waived his hearing on charges of making repairs and selling weapons. Charges were filed by McAdoo police after the June 4 incident. He was released on his own recognizance after spending time in Schuylkill County Prison.

Adam M. Lutz, 32, of McAdoo, waived his hearing on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, stemming from a March 14 incident. Charges were filed by McAdoo patrolman Frederick Lahovski. Lutz was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

Johanna Rodriguez, 32, of Mahanoy City, waived her hearing on charges of terroristic threats, resisting arrest, escape, open lewdness, public drunkenness/similar misconduct and disorderly conduct/engage in fighting. Charges were filed by Tuscarora State Park ranger Christina Clawson after the June 27 incident. Bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.

Joseph Anthony Pellegrino, 52, of Coaldale, waived his hearing on charges of criminal trespassing, theft and receiving property, stemming from a June 6 encounter. Charges were filed by Coaldale police. He was released on his own recognizance after being unable to post bail and spending time in Schuylkill County Prison.

Donovan Nicholas Alford, 24, of Tamaqua, waived his hearing on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and exceed 25 MPH by 22 MPH in a residence district. Charges were filed by McAdoo patrolman David Krape after the March 14 incident. Alford was released on his own recognizance.

Dillan John Zehner, 27, of Tamaqua, waived his hearing on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, stemming from a May 2 incident. Charges were filed by Tamaqua police. Zehner was released on his own recognizance.

Jesse M. Lincovich, 38, of Tamaqua, waived his hearing on charges of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, reckless driving and driving while having a suspended license. The incident occurred on April 23. Charges were filed by Coaldale police. He was released on his own recognized.

Michael W. Romig, 45, of Tamaqua, had his preliminary hearing on charges of assault and harassment, stemming from a May 2 incident. Charges were filed by Rush Twp. Police. Charges will bound over to county court. Romig was released on his own recognizance.

The following had charges withdrawn:

Bonnie M. Bruno, 41, of Pottsville, a charge of false identification to law enforcement officer.

Robert C. Hibbler, 69, of Tamaqua, charges of terroristic threats and harassment.
