Tamaqua ice cream social benefits fire company
Zion’s Culinary Team will sponsor an ice cream social on July 11 to benefit the Citizen’s Fire Company of Tamaqua, which had to cancel its annual block party due to the Wabash Bridge Project on West Broad Street.
The social will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, located at the corner of Mauch Chunk and Greenwood Streets. Light kitchen fare will also be available.
