Tamaqua man faces possession, paraphernalia charges
A Tamaqua man is charged with possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness/similar misconduct by Tamaqua police, stemming form a Sept. 13 incident.
Police received a call from a witness on Clay Street, who told them that Joseph Michael Vidzicki, 32, of Tamaqua, was jumping around on the roof of a garage growling and howling.
Police made contact with Vidzicki, who cooperated, but said he didn’t know where he was.
After a search, a small bag of methamphetamine and two orange capped syringes were found in his pocket.
