St. John Lutheran
The Rev. Phyllis Wolford will officiate at the 9:15 a.m. Sunday service in St. John’s Lutheran Church. Sunday school is held at 10:30 a.m. Also on Sunday will be decorating of the church for the holiday season following worship. It is also the last day to order Christmas cookies and items are due for the newsletter.
Activities for the next week include: Monday, church council at 7 p.m.; Dec. 12 constitution meeting at 3:30 p.m., angel choir meets at 6 p.m., shepherd choir meets at 6:30 p.m., chancel choir meets at 7:30 p.m.; Dec. 13 newsletter assembly at 9:30 a.m. Bell practice will be held at 8 a.m. on Dec. 15.
Zion Lewistown
Pastor Jim Williams will officiate at the 10:30 a.m. service this Sunday at Zion Church, Lewistown Valley. Sunday school classes will meet at 9:15 a.m. Also on Sunday, flower orders are due as well as the gifts for Blessings Bags.
The OWLS Christmas dinner will be held at 11 a.m. on Dec. 11. Practice for the children’s bell choir is scheduled for 6:30 that evening.
Calvary Lewistown
The Rev. Susan Moore will officiate at the 10:25 a.m. worship service this Sunday in Calvary Evangelical Methodist Church in the Lewistown Valley. Sunday school classes are held at 9:15 a.m.
The evening service will consist of a presentation of the movie, “It’s a Wonderful Life,” followed by a discussion.

The Rev. Kevin Roberts will officiate at the 8, 9:30 and 11 a.m. worship services this Sunday in Bethany Evangelical Congregational Church. Sunday Life groups meet at 9:30 a.m. Ministry Council, end of year, will meet at noon.
