Calvary Lewistown
The Rev. Susan Moore will officiate at the 10:25 a.m. worship service this Sunday in Calvary Evangelical Methodist Church in the Lewistown Valley. Sunday school classes are held at 9:15 a.m.
There will special music during the worship service.
There will be no Sunday evening service.
Prayer meeting will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m.
St. John’s Lutheran
The Rev. Phyllis Wolford will officiate at the 9:15 a.m. Sunday service in St. John’s Lutheran Church. The Shepherd choir will be recognized during the worship service. Confirmation class will meet at 10:30 a.m.
Activities for the week: Monday, Church council at 7 p.m.; Thursday, property committee at 7 p.m., Angel choir at 6 p.m., Shepherd choir at 6:30 p.m., Chancel choir at 7:30 p.m.; May 19 the bell choir will practice at 8 a.m.
Zion Lewistown
Pastor Jim Williams will officiate at the 10:30 service this Sunday at Zion Church Lewistown Valley. Sunday school is scheduled for 9:15.
The Fundraising Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, followed by the Preschool Board meeting at 7:30 p.m.
The Evangelism PLUS meeting is scheduled for Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m., where they will watch the film “American Gospel.”
