Tamaqua Police report on recent arrests
Tamaqua police released information on several recent arrests.
• Loren A. Williams, 50, of South Gibson, Susquehanna County, was charged with criminal trespass after he was found sleeping in a bedroom on the second floor of a house on East Broad Street. Williams claimed he had permission to be in the house but the landlord and tenant both said he wasn’t welcome. He was found in the house at 9:20 a.m. on Feb. 23.
• Nichole Marie Beehrle, 32, of Tamaqua, was charged with disorderly conduct after a noise complaint at 12:06 a.m. on Feb. 19. Police received numerous complaints about loud music coming from a parked vehicle in the area of Schuylkill Avenue and Mauch Chunk Street. They found Beehrle inside the vehicle, listening to music while eating. When officers told her about the noise complaint, she turned it off and went indoors at a residence where she was staying for the night.
• Seth William Valentine, 38, of Tamaqua, was a charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property after a woman complained she paid him $200 for a head light assembly which he never delivered. The victim says she paid Valentine on Feb. 22 after they made the deal after connecting on Facebook about two weeks earlier. Valentine denied stealing anything.
• Ursula Loch, 59, of Tamaqua, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property after she took a shortbread cookie, a coloring book, tape and a coaster from the Family Dollar Store on Feb. 18. The items are valued at $4.18.
