Tamaqua wins 5th & 6th grade tournament title

Tamaqua won the championship of the 5th & 6th grade division at the Jr. Raiders Tournament on March 4. Tamaqua defeated defending champion Hershey Pride, 36-32, in the title game and finished the 16-team tournament with a perfect 5-0 record. The team was coached by Cristie Ansbach and Joe Ligenza.
