Tamaqua woman sentenced on drug charges
A Tamaqua woman will serve 21 to 42 months in state prison on drug charges.
Nancy Cole, 56, was sentenced by Schuylkill County Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin.
She was charged by Tamaqua police with two counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; conspiracy to manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; criminal use of communication facility; and intent to possess a controlled substance by a person not registered on July 18, 2017.
She pleaded guilty to one count of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver heroin.
Additional charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance were dropped.
