Traffic flowing after truck crash on I-80 in Monroe

Traffic is flowing again after two trucks collided on Interstate 80 in Jackson Township earlier this morning.

According to scanner transmissions, the tractor-trailers crashed just after 9:30 a.m. today on Interstate 80 westbound in Jackson Township.

Emergency crews extricated one of the drivers and he was flown to a trauma center. The driver of the other truck was taken to St. Luke's-Monroe campus.

One driver reported being stuck in traffic over an hour.
