Tree falls on wires in West Penn

Troxell Valley Road in West Penn Township was closed this morning when high winds knocked a tree onto power and utility lines. The power lines snapped bringing them down on the roadway, leaving about 170 people in West Penn without power. COPYRIGHT LARRY NEFF/SPECIAL TO THE TIMES NEWS
