Truck blocks road in Franklin
Elm Street in Franklin Township is closed Friday afternoon due to a disabled tractor trailer. The incident occurred as the operator was traveling north on Route 209 and attempted to make a right turn onto Elm Street. The right rear of the trailer hit the guiderails and the wheels dropped into a drainage ditch. Franklin Township fire police are maintaining traffic control at the scene.
