Truck brings down pole on 895
Route 895 in West Penn Township Sunday morning.
The incident occurred just after 11 a.m. as a male driver was traveling west and apparently lost control.
His pickup truck entered the right berm where it hit and snapped off a utility pole.
The pole carrying high power and heavy utility lines came to rest across the roadway.
The road is closed between Dinkey and Berger Creek roads. The East Penn fire company responded with their fire police maintaining traffic control at the scene detouring the traffic.
