Two arrested with unstamped cigarettes

Two New Jersey residents were found with 600 cartons of unstamped cigarette during a traffic stop in Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said the stop was made about 1:42 a.m. on March 5 along Interstate 78 in Fogelsville for traffic violations. At the stop the driver, Felix Ramirez-Federico, 33, of Elizabeth, and his wife, Keylan Fortuna, 32, displayed numerous indicators of criminal activity. A search of the vehicle resulted in the 600 cartons being found.

Both were charged with possession of unstamped cigarettes.
