Two fight in Polk, won’t press charges

State police at the Lehighton were summoned to fight at 11:05 p.m. May 16 on Midway Pines lane, Polk Township.

Police said two people physically harassed each other within the residence they shared. Neither of them was injured. Both also refused to pursue further action, police said.
