Two injured in motorcycle crash

Two people sustained minor injuries in a motorcycle crash that occurred on Thursday at 4:27 p.m. along Valley Road in Walker Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Joshua R. Grim, 34, of Tamaqua, was operating a 2006 Harley-Davidson Heritage bike southbound and attempted to negotiate a left curve in the road when he lost control. The bike struck an embankment on the right side of the road.

Grim and his passenger, Jessica A. Grim, 34, same address, were taken to St. Luke’s Hospital – Miners campus in Coaldale, troopers said.
