Two neighbors cited following dispute
Two Towamensing Township residents were cited recently following a neighbor’s dispute.
State police at Lehighton said on June 24 troopers responded to Norman Drive at 4:16 p.m. for a report of a dispute.
On scene, troopers said they cited William Romano, 54, and Scott Bubbenmoyer, 56, for disorderly conduct for driving lawn mowers on each others’ property.
