Volunteers needed for race

Turn To Us is seeking volunteers to help with the Inaugural Jim Thorpe Half Marathon and 5K in Jim Thorpe on April 29.

Volunteers are needed for the parking lot, start and finish areas, awards and stations on the trail. The start time for volunteers is 5:30 a.m. The race kicks off at 7 a.m.

Turn To Us is hosting a volunteer meeting at 6 p.m. on April 23 at its office at 404 Center St., Jim Thorpe to meet the organizers and go over volunteer duties.
