A vote for Heaney

I am writing this letter regarding an article in the Oct. 12 opinion column.

Fran Heaney had only assumed the position one month prior to the filed copies. As a business owner/operator for over 35 years, the expectation of any operation performing flawlessly in less than one month is absurd. Throw in the fact the office was the epitome of inefficiency with a three-year backlog. I empathize with everyone in that office and praise all involved with correcting years of ineptitude. The attorneys and judges I have spoken to are extremely happy with the office. Fran Heaney has my vote.
