The waiting game
A pair of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation paving projects kicked off on Monday in Tamaqua. Motorists were delayed traveling through the five points on West Broad Street as milling was done and flaggers directed traffic. According to Tamaqua Borough Manager Kevin Steigerwalt, PennDOT will actively work from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the Route 209 project over the next two weeks. JUSTIN CARLUCCI/TIMES NEWS
