A walk in penn’s woods

The second annual Walk in Penn’s Woods will take place on Oct. 7 at Tuscarora State Park.

Some of the highlights will include identifying trees and shrubs, learning about how the forest benefits us and wildlife and experiencing the solace of the forest.

Meet in the upper parking lot located near pavilion 2 at 1 p.m.

The walk will be easy and 1 mile in length. The walk will be along a paved path, so it will be handicap accessible.
