What about View Drive? The borough continues to collect tax dollars from those homes and offers zero services. Who allowed that subdivision to get approved? The borough managers had to for those homes to be on the tax roles. So, why no road services? Eminent Domain occurs when it benefits the government, but when it can benefit the tax payers, hush hush, not our problem. Investigation is coming soon, I hope the borough is ready to answer some hard questions.
