Wanted man caught at traffic stop

A man wanted on two outstanding warrants was caught after a traffic stop.

William O’Neill, 26, of Saylorsburg was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 10:55 a.m. April 4 in the 5100 block of Hickory Lane, Chestnuthill Township.

Police said he was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation, but he fled from the scene before police could take him into custody. He was later caught and committed to the Monroe County Correctional Facility in Snydersville.
