Warrant issued for woman in sex assault of minor

An arrest warrant has been issued for Shaniqua Stackhouse, 25, of East Stroudsburg.

Stackhouse is charged with two counts of institutional sexual assault of a minor, felonies.

Police investigated a report of sexual contact between a staff member and a juvenile resident of the Concern Treatment Unit for Boys on Country Club Road between Jan. 1 and March 13.
