Weatherly Auxiliary to hold Veterans Day dinner
The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 360 in Weatherly will hold its annual Veterans Day dinner on Nov. 10 at the post home from 2 to 5 p.m.
The dinner is free of charge to any veteran and their guest. The meal will consist of a home cooked turkey dinner and all the trimmings including pumpkin pie.
The 100th anniversary year of the American Legion Auxiliary will officially start on Nov. 10, 2019, so everyone attending will get a piece of birthday cake to take home with them. A small monetary donation for Thanksgiving food baskets will be greatly appreciated.
