Weatherly man facing drug, trespassing charges
A Weatherly man caught trespassing in Luzerne County was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, state police said.
Daniel Pruitt II, 35, will face magisterial district court proceedings as a result of the incident. State police at the Hazleton barracks said he was found trespassing at a residence on Lakeside Road in Foster Township.
