Holy Week concert
The Pocono Mountain Community Chorus will present a Holy Week concert at 7:30 p.m. March 28 at Zion Lutheran Church in Brodheadsville.
Chorus founder and director Jack Hamblin has selected a program of sacred music drawn from various periods, composers and styles.
Accompanists will be Judy Munoz and Gary Raish.
The chorus consists of singers from more than 30 different area churches of all denominations. Chorus members are volunteers who sing without formal audition.
A freewill offering is received at each concert to benefit the Chorus’ Music Fund.
All are welcome to attend.
Scherenschnitte class
Limited spaces are available or the Scherenschnitte class being led by Constance Andrews at the Eldred Township Community Center in Kunkletown from 1 to 3 p.m. March 29.

Vietnam remembrance
On March 29, a Vietnam Veterans Day ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. at the Monroe County Courthouse Square in Stroudsburg.
Among those who will be remembered are West Enders who served and gave their all.
Middlecreek musical
Middlecreek Christian Church in Kresgeville will present the musical “From Garden to Tomb” at 7 p.m. March 30. It follows Jesus from garden to tomb, focusing on his love and gift of greatest price.
