West Penn to revise comprehensive plan
It will cost West Penn Township nearly $13,000 to revise its comprehensive plan.
The board of supervisors on Monday unanimously agreed to have Lehigh Engineering LLC, revise the plan at a cost of $12,600.
Urban Research Development submitted the other proposal in the amount of $18,500.
Last month council tabled action on proposals it received for its comprehensive plan.
The township’s last comprehensive plan was done in 2015.
Supervisors want to have it revised because the township is amending its zoning ordinance.
