West Penn Township supervisors also took the following action on Monday:

• Made a motion to have a $50 charge for anyone putting a well in until the township’s reorganization meeting next month when a fee schedule is in place. However, the well ordinance itself remains in its current form.

• Agreed, on a 2-0 vote, with one abstention, to have Supervisor Tony Prudenti added to the township’s health insurance plan at no cost to the township. Prudenti abstained from the vote.

• Agreed that from now on, anyone who wishes to use the West Penn Township parks will need to fill out an acknowledgment and release form.

• Granted conditional approval to the Zawada Enterprises LLC land development plan, subject to compliance with everything on the letter dated Nov. 21 from Lehigh Engineering.

• Granted conditional approval to the Bobick minor subdivision plan, subject to compliance with everything on the letter dated Nov. 21 from Lehigh Engineering.
