Wind farm hearings set in Weatherly

The Packer Township Zoning Hearing for the application of Broad Mountain Power LLC to construct and operate a wind farm is continued to Tuesday and Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Weatherly Area Middle School Cafeteria, 602 Sixth St., in Weatherly.

Look to the future, after it's been learned that these giant structures are not feasible, and they sit there overshadowing the precious "Green ways", what will become of them? Hey... maybe we can use them as tree stands?
