Youths are facing burglary charges

State police at the Lehighton barracks responded to a burglary at 1 a.m. Dec. 31 on Greenzwerig Road, Eldred Township, which resulted in two juveniles being identified as the perpetrators, including a 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy.

Police said they entered a residence at the above location through an unlocked front door and removed a Play Station 4, Play Station headset and three video games for the unit before fleeing the scene.

Police said they were tracked down through footprints left in the snow that led to their residence.

The victim in the case is a 42-year-old man.
