Zip ties are cut from electrical box

State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 3 p.m. April 13 and 10:30 a.m. April 14 in Penn Forest Township.

Police said the victims, a 64-year-old man and a 67-year-old woman, both from Lehighton, reported someone cut zip ties from their electrical box at a property located at the intersection of Valley View Circle and Valley View Drive in the township.
