Fallen tree causes outage in West Penn

Golf Road in West Penn township was closed Tuesday afternoonndue to a fallen tree which ripped down power and utility lines. The incident was in the 600 block just east of the intersection with Wash Creek Road. The incident occurred just before noon. A PPL crew responded.

While this tree doesn't appear to be an Ash Tree, there will be many Ash dropping on their own soon. What's being done about the Ash along the roads? These are going to kill people.
