Bill to permit some Sunday hunting passes Pennsylvania House

Published October 31. 2019 05:46AM

HARRISBURG (AP) — A proposal to allow hunting on three Sundays a year in Pennsylvania is on its way to the state Senate for a final vote.

The House voted 144 to 54 on Wednesday for the bill that would also require a landowner’s written permission.

The bill would permit Sunday hunting one day during rifle deer season, one during statewide archery deer season and a third day the Game Commission would select.

It also would make it easier for wardens to enforce the anti-trespassing law.

Complicating things with purpose. Don't hunt on the wrong day, or the Mighty State Game Authority will take your gun, impound the family car, and raid your freezer without a warrant. You better have the freezer in order too!
Obviously you haven't had a large property (many acres) to know what the Game Commission does. How many hunters actually ask a property owner for permission to hunt.
Stay out of the woods hikers its time for the beer drinking
fellas to go out in the woods and have fun.
