Vandalism reported in Tamaqua

According to a Facebook post on the Tamaqua Area Public Forum, there were reports of vandalism on Sunday night in the area of Market Street. A victim claimed the window of her family’s truck was broken and a marble was found inside. The incident happened between 5-7 p.m. The encounter marked the third time since October that the truck’s window has been smashed. Other residents posted of similar situations; one resident noted that her front porch window had been smashed a few weeks ago on Lehigh Street. CONTRIBUTED PHOTO
