Pre-Lenten pork and kraut dinner

Zion Lutheran’s Culinary Crew’s annual pork and sauerkraut dinner is planned for Feb. 25 from 4 to 6 p.m. or sellout.

The dinner includes pork, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, applesauce, beverage and dessert.

Takeouts are available.

Zion Lutheran is located at the corner of Mauch Chunk and Greenwood streets in Tamaqua.

FYI Zion Lutheran...The Trump Administration has made efforts to reduce regulations and that includes Food Inspection. As of September of 2019 there are no limits on slaughter line speeds which is now overseen by the Pork Industry and not the Hog Plants who previously did the Inspections.
Please check the Pork temperature closely.
