Route 895 in East Penn Township is closed due to an crash. The incident occurred at 6:30 a.m. as a motorist was traveling east and stated a deer ran out in front of him. The driver swerved to the right entering the berm impacting with and snapping off a utility pole. The closure is between West Bowmans road and Smith Lane. The condition of the driver is unknown.
