Police respond to I-80 road rage incident

An East Stroudsburg man was charged with “propulsion of missiles” after a road rage incident at 10 a.m. Feb. 27 on Interstate 80 eastbound in Pocono Township.

State police at the Stroudsburg arrested Michael Lugo, 30, after the incident.

Police said the incident took place when an object was thrown at a 2018 Toyota Sienna driven by a 70-year-old man from Apalachin, New York, causing substantial damage.
