DO, here we go again with “garbage” talk from you. Insulting Republicans again. Recycling is a cost vs benefit decision. Many local communities have recently decided that they do not want to spend the extra money to do the right thing. Maybe you, DO, can put your money where your big mouth is. Maybe you can fund the expense of recycling. Of course, your hatred shines through your sense of reasoning. Everything seems to be the fault of Phantom Republicans.
