Child abuse incident being investigated

What kind of story is this? So many stories in the Times News these days are full of "no details," "no names," "no addresses," "no report of conditions," "no comments." Whatever happened to reporters digging for a story? Where is Joe Boyle when we need him? The dear old man with his Polaroid held together by rubber bands was far more of a gumshoe than today's "latte journalists" clicking their way through press releases with a macchiato at their elbows. Please don't tease us with these useless stories until you have all the facts, or even SOME of the facts.
