Inmate on work release fails to return to prison

Nesquehoning police are looking for an inmate who never returned to prison after his work shift was over.

David William Ackley failed to report back to the Carbon County Correctional Facility on Tuesday.

Ackley is on work release and was scheduled to return by 3 p.m.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call Nesquehoning police at 570-669-9111.

Ackley faces a charge of escape.

Here is the face of STUPIDITY, you are getting work release a privilege, and would probably mean soon to be released! Once caught longer sentence, nice job dummy.
Maybe if the county would fix the water that leaks into the work release unit and cleaned the toxic mold up more people would want to stay.
If you have info it says to call Nesquehoning police at 570-669-9111 but an officer at the number provided stated he didnt know anything about it and had better things to do?
